Shipping, Returns, and Cancellation Policy


We offer shipping to the US and Canada on all our products based on weight and your choice of service at checkout.

We now also offer global shipping!

Damaged Items:

Please notify us immediately if your items arrive damaged. We require photos of the damaged items and photos of the shipping box for a free replacement or a refund. You can contact us at if your items arrive damaged.

Returns and Cancellations:

Follow these instructions if you want to cancel an order or return an Atacama product:

1. Please keep a copy of your order form/email confirmation.
2. In-stock items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus return shipping fees), as long as merchandise is not broken or damaged. Please notify us and wait for confirmation from us before shipping your return.
3. Custom orders, pre-orders, and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned. Custom orders require a 50% deposit.
4. Made-to-order orders require payment in full.
5. No cash refunds on cancelled custom orders. 50% of order price refundable in store credit if cancelled within 3 days (72 hours) of Order date. Store credit expires within a (1) year from the date of cancellation.
