Shipping, Returns, and Cancellation Policy

Shipping:

We offer shipping to the US and Canada on all our products based on weight and your choice of service at checkout.

Returns and Cancellations:

Follow these instructions if you want to cancel an order or return an Atacama product:

1. Please keep a copy of your order form/email confirmation.
2. Please notify us immediately if your purchase arrives damaged, so we can approve a free replacement.
3. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping
fees), as long as merchandise is not broken or damaged. Please notify us before returning.
4. Custom orders require a 50% deposit. 
5. No cash refunds on cancelled custom orders. 50% of order price refundable in store credit if cancelled within 3 days (72 hours) of Order date. Store credit expires within a (1) year from the date of cancellation.
