About the artisans

A collaboration between Dominican born and Barcelona bred graphic designer Javier Reyes and master artisans in Oaxaca, Mexico.

These 100% natural caña palm sculptures combine modern design aesthetic with traditional artisanal palm weaving techniques.

About the materials

These rustic decorative objects were inspired by the artisans' families and their strong ties to their community and artistic craft. Each piece is woven by hand from caña palm and reinforced with a reed structure, making the sculpture very flexible and resilient while keeping it lightweight for its size.
